Le développement du chantier naval, depuis ses débuts s’est réalisé sur la base de la prise en compte des besoins et contraintes de nos clients afin d’offrir un outil de travail performant. Nous mettons un point d’honneur à livrer des bateaux performants et sommes fiers qu’ils soient appréciés par ceux qui les opèrent et par ceux qu’ils transportent.
Nous avons acquis une notoriété sur le segment de marché du Crewboat, tant sur le plan national que sur le plan international.
Ainsi, nos équipes conçoivent et fabriquent des navires professionnels robustes et fiables, qui répondent aux spécificités réglementaires, et qui tiennent compte des exigences clients pour des produits sur-mesure et clés en mains.

Afin d’asseoir notre réussite nous avons su développer nos compétences dans tous les métiers de la Navale, ce qui nous permet d’être le seul interlocuteur de nos clients.
De la conception du navire au service après-vente, nous avons mis en place une organisation qui sert la compétitivité de nos offres et la qualité de nos constructions réalisées.
Passionnés par notre métier, nous avons ainsi rassemblé une véritable équipe où chacun a le souci de mettre ses compétences au service des projets de nos clients.
Notre politique QSE
Notre chantier naval est situé dans un environnement favorable au développement d’une politique QSE exigeante, celui de la Base Navale de Cherbourg-en-Cotentin.
HSE
Un effort de formation, un accompagnement au quotidien et la mise en œuvre effective de mesures visent à créer un environnement favorable à la prise de conscience de l’ensemble de nos collaborateurs que notre santé est notre bien le plus précieux, et que pour l’entreprise, elle constitue un atout compétitif qui participe à sa pérennité et donc à la préservation des emplois.
Nous poursuivons nos démarches en travaillant aux améliorations qui sont toujours nécessaires. Nous croisons nos efforts en la matière avec la Gestion Prévisionnelle des Emploi et des Compétences, qui favorise tant la compétitivité du salarié que celle de l’entreprise.
Environnement
Nous restituons la préservation de notre environnement, dans sa dimension sociale et économique, au niveau de notre quotidien. Nous mettons notamment notre savoir-faire au service de l’environnement au travers du recyclage des chutes et copeaux et au travers d’un travail d’optimisation des consommations des navires que nous concevons en proposant des propulsions plus respectueuses de l’environnement | hybridation, propulsions électriques, hydrogène …|.
